* David Drew was elected to Parliament as the Member for the
Stroud constituency in 1997 having previously served on Stroud
District Council and Gloucestershire County Council.
* In
Parliament, David’s main interests are national and
international
poverty, environmental and rural issues and health. He is
a
member of the Environment, Food and rural Affairs Select
Committee and Chair of the Labour Group of Rural MPs.

Constituency, David has been involved for many years with
a
campaign to save Standish Hospital. |
