The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman carries out independent investigations into complaints about UK government departments and their agencies, and the NHS in England – and aims to help improve public services as a result.

They aim to provide an independent, high quality complaint handling service that rights inpidual wrongs, drives improvements in public services and informs public policy.

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman has been in operation for over 40 years.
