report on NHS Charges
The report claims that the system of health charges
in England
is “in a mess” and that measures should be taken to update the
systems in place. The committee also recommends that research be carried out

his Annual Report
In his annual report On the State of Public Health, Chief Medical
Officer Sir Liam Donaldson highlights waste in the health service and
